Inviting your team
How to add users, choose the right role, and set caps and working hours.
- 01CaptureAd, form, WhatsApp or call
- 02De-dupePhone and email matched on entry
- 03ScoreSignals become a probability
- 04DistributeRight agent, right centre
- 05EngageCall queue, WhatsApp, email
- 06ConvertDeal, revenue, attribution back
Go to Administration → Users → Invite member.
What an invitation needs
- Email — this becomes their sign-in. It must be an address they can read; the invitation and every password reset goes there.
- Role — see Roles and permissions.
- Location — which branch or office they belong to. Used by territory routing and by location-scoped reporting.
- Employee code — optional, but it is what appears in payroll-adjacent reports, so it is worth setting.
They receive an email, choose a password, and are in. Nothing else is required.
Settings worth getting right at invitation time
Daily lead cap
The maximum number of leads distribution will assign to this person in one day. When they hit it, routing skips them until tomorrow.
Set this deliberately. Without a cap, a round-robin rule will happily give your best telecaller two hundred leads on a busy Monday, and they will work forty of them properly and let the rest go cold.
Working hours
Distribution respects these. A lead arriving at 9pm is not assigned to someone whose day ended at 6pm — it waits, or goes to whoever is on a late shift.
Distribution eligible
Whether this person receives routed leads at all. Managers and administrators are usually not eligible: they supervise the pipeline rather than working it.
Changing someone's role later
Roles can be changed at any time from Administration → Users. The change takes effect on their next request — they do not need to sign out.
Every role change is recorded in the audit trail with who made it and when. This is deliberate: a permission change is one of the few actions where "who did this and why" gets asked months later.
Removing someone
Suspend rather than delete. A suspended user cannot sign in, but their history stays intact — the calls they made, the leads they converted, the notes they wrote all remain attributed to them.
Deleting a user who has worked leads would leave your historical reports with gaps, which is why the product makes suspension the easy path.
Their open leads should be reassigned first. Administration → Users → Suspend will tell you how many they are holding.
